The first gîte, "La Basse Cour," no. 4292, measures 110 m² on the ground floor and upper floor, with a 55 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge where the whole family can gather for meals. Two bedrooms, one on the ground floor, and a second living room upstairs, which offers direct access to the 12 m² patio, which connects the two gîtes. The second gîte, "Le Poulailler," no. 4293, measures 130 m² on the ground floor and upper floor, with a 40 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge, and three bedrooms, one on the ground floor. Outdoor space with garden furniture and unfenced grounds. Located 20 minutes from Saint-Étienne. Free Wi-Fi. Extension possible for 5 more people, for a total of 19\. Parking for 5 cars. For your convenience, utilities are included in the rental price. Ideal for getting together with friends or family, while maintaining your independence! These cottages have been converted from a former barn, whose original stone and wood features have been preserved and enhanced. Located on the edge of Pilat National Park, our cottage is ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking, geocaching, and climbing (a natural climbing site is less than 10 km away), while remaining close to major shops and cities such as Saint-Etienne (30 minutes) and Lyon (50 minutes), which offer a wide range of outings. Located 300 meters from the cottage, the Maison des tresses et dentelles (House of Braids and Laces) is a must-see for young and old alike.
