This charming villa is dominating the town of La Spezia, it is very close to the Cinque Terre. Recently published in a popular Italian home magazine The owner has put his personal touch and care in every single detail and the light nuances, give the house a bright and airy feel. ACCOMMODATION Villa Marinasco unfolds on / over three levels. The access to the villa from the panoramic terrace. The entrance leads to the main living room, large and comfortably furnished with a magnificent marble fireplace. The immaculate fully equipped kitchen with a nice fireplace and informal dining room. Just off the kitchen with a small bathtub. The bedroom has been refurbished with original pieces. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the garden level, the basement floor offers a well appointed and comfortable living room and formal dining room. The owner is a fine wine connoisseuse and will be happy to help you. Une partie de la maison étant fermée cela n’est pas exact - 3 chambres sont ok (les 3 de l’étage) Une chambre avec 2 lits simples bien défoncés au rdc et 1 chambre avec un lit pour une personne et demi au sous sol que nous n’avons pas utilisé car cela sentait le renfermé - la seule partie extérieure entretenue est la terrasse de laquelle on voit la mer très loin. Les autres terrasses et parties du jardin sont sombres , sans vue et mal entretenues - la cuisine et le salon du rdc sont agréables si vs êtes maximum 8 - il n’est pas possible de ne pas utiliser la voiture car l’accès est très très pentu - il est demandé de fermer la totalité des volets et de mettre l’alarme avant chaque sortie. C’est très désagréable de rentrer à chaque fois dans une maison où il fait noir et d’ouvrir chaque volet d autant que les fenêtres ne sont pas en super état et ne ferment pas bien - nous n’avons pas trouvé les chambres et sdb super propres (tapis de chambre pas bien aspiré et bcp de toiles d’araignées ) En fait nous avons eu l’impression d’une maison pas assez entretenue C’est dommage car l’accueil de Marco a été parfait avec beaucoup de conseils et la propriétaire est très sympathique et charmante ##### Valerie F. Anna Lisa est vraiment exceptionnelle : gentillesse et disponible. C'est une magnifique maison ou il fait bon vivre à l'italienne. Marbles accents, frescoed ceilings, painted tile floors, and many outdoor areas to sit and eat, as well as balconies . Really special spot. Pool is more like a plunge pool, but refreshing and cool. Host Annalisa very sweet and helpful local guide for shipping groceries restos etc. Good base for Cinque Terre day trips. ##### Sarah H. There were many bugs that could easily be treated. The bathrooms/showers are quite small and the electricity struggles to power the villa. ##### Carrie W. The villa was lovely, but we couldn’t get a taxi to come there. We got adept at walking to the bus stop and taking a bus down to eat or shop or catch the train to Cinque Terre. You can even walk to seafront if prepared to spend 45 minutes on foot and train station is nearer still. Last 250 metres uphill to villa a bit of a thrill in large van so better to park in “The Square” at the bottom. House is absolutely lovely and well equipped and only drawback is that due to it being listed building, pool is really just a large outdoor bath with wave machine and sauna though quite fun. Owner is really helpful and on hand at all times and is very nice lady with lots of good ideas for activities. Very highly recommended. ##### Derek M. It is beautiful and lives up to the photos and reviews. Set in the hills overlooking La Spezia, every room has a spectacular view of the port. The house is set over three levels, and is spacious and airy. Large bedrooms and living areas gives you privacy and comfort, especially if you're staying with a group of friends. The swimming pool is perfect after a long day hiking in the 5 Terre. And for a change in pace, La Spezia is a 5 minute drive away. The host, AnnaLu is AMAZING. Was always available to answer questions and help us plan our days. She was indispensable! She organised a cooking class with a former Michelin chef - incredible - and took us shopping to the seafood and fresh food markets for cooking supplies. Everything about this stay went better than we had hoped. You are in safe hands with this property and will get your money's worth! ##### SImon D. In toplocatie Italiaanse Riviera: korte reistijden naar 5-terra - vooral per boot heel gemakkelijk te bereiken. Huis levert ook een kok. Zeker de moeite waard als je niet s'avonds naar een restaurant wilt. Prijzen net iets hoger dan goed restaurant ! Echt een aanrader deze woning met een wat groter gezelschap ! Sie ist sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Terasse ist ein Gedicht. Die Vermieterin Annalisa ist hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.
