Seba House La Spezia is a welcoming apartment in the peaceful, green "Colli" district, just steps from the lively city center. The highlight is its stunning rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the city and harbor, where tourist and commercial boats create a unique, charming atmosphere.  
  
Located on the third floor of an elegant residential building without an elevator, Seba House features a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with two three-quarter beds (120x190 cm), a bathroom with shower and window, and a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and an armchair bed, accommodating up to five guests. The rooftop terrace is ideal for outdoor meals on mild days or relaxing in the sun with complete privacy, enjoying privileged views of La Spezia and its harbor.  
  
While the Colli area is quiet and residential, parking for non-residents is limited and available for an extra fee. The easiest way to reach Seba House is by public transport. La Spezia train station is just a few minutes away, with buses or taxis easily connecting you to the apartment. For those who enjoy walking, you can reach the house in about ten minutes on foot, including a short 50-meter staircase, surrounded by a pleasant, green setting.
