Unser Urlaub ist nun vorüber. Bis vor 3 Tagen haben wir La Spezia und seine Umgebung knapp 2 Wochen lang erkundet. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und wir werden uns gerne an diese Zeit zurückerinnern. Der Gastgeber Armando ist überaus zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr gute und hilfreiche kulturelle und kulinarische Tipps gegeben. Noch am Tag unserer Ankunft in La Spezia gab er uns eine kurze Führung durch seine Heimatstadt mit sehr nützlichen Ratschlägen. In der hübschen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie bleibt in keinem Punkt hinter den Fotos in der Anzeige zurück. Vermissen werden wir die Dachterasse, auf der wir gerne Zeit verbracht und den Ausblick auf den Hafen, das Meer und die Berge genossen haben. Schöne, gut gepflegte helle Wohnung. Terasse mit Morgen/Mittag/Abendsonne, Blick auf den Hafen von la Spezia. Wohnung in einem ruhigen Vorort von La Spezia, Garage am Haus für das Auto. Zitronenbaum im Garten !!!!Sehr netter, hilfesbereiter engagierter Vermieter- gibt Tipps und Anregungen für besichtigungen/Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar.Hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt !!

#### Super Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen
Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, in der wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Blick auf den Hafen von La Spezia ist einfach toll - vor allem abends, wenn alles beleuchtet ist. Armando ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der viele tolle Tipps gibt und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Besser geht es nicht

Logement super bien équipé, bien placé avec une belle vue sur la spezia et les montagnes. Hôte très accueillant, disponible et de tres bon conseil. Armando parle couramment français ce qui facilite la communication. Facilité de trouver une place de stationnement facilement dans la rue.

Unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in La Spezia war fantastisch! Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt und die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Cinque Terre zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, der uns tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben hat. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. 5 Sterne reichen bei weitem nicht aus . Übrigens eine Woche Urlaub auch nicht. Unser Gastgeber Hr. Bonomi ist überragend hilfsbereit, freundlich und gibt wertvolle Tipps. Diese geräumige, helle und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse hinunter zum Hafen in den Golf von La Spezia ist überwältigend. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist Traumhaft ,und die Lage ideal für Ausflüge z.B. Cinque Terre, Pisa, Carrara, Portevenere, Lerici und auch für Wanderungen . Einfach nur Empfehlenswert. Liebe Grüße Rebecca Markus

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet und bietet einen optimalen Ausgangspunkt für vielseitige Ausflüge! Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft! #### Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison in Carozzo
Ein rundum sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt mit einem außerordentlich netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter, von der Kommunikation über den Empfang bis hin zu Ausflugsvorschlägen während des Aufenthaltes war alles vorbildlich. Sehr sauberes Objekt, ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick über die Bucht, Nutzung des Balkons und der Garage sowie Verpflegung mit Obst aus dem Garten. Heizung (Fußboden) war optimal eingestellt. Wir hatten absolut keine Probleme und sagen Danke! Jederzeit gern wieder.

Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung. Man hat alles, was man als eine kleine Familie im Urlaub benötigt. Tolle Terrasse mit einem mega Blick aufs Meer, den Hafen, die Berge:-) Die Lage ist super um einige Ausflüge zu machen und die tolle Umgebung zu erkunden (Pisa, Florenz, Cinque Terre etc), allerdings braucht man dafür unbedingt ein Auto! Einige tolle Strände befinden sich ebenfalls 10-20 Autominuten entfernt. Und zuletzt der Vermieter: unglaublich nett, gastfreundlich, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit etc. Ein Mensch, dem das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste WIRKLICH am Herzen liegen! Fünf Sterne dafür und ganz liebe Grüße von uns!!! Wir empfehlen Sie und Ihre Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!

#### Alles prima
Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr gut und uns wurden gleich viele wertvolle Tips gegeben. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man benötigt. Dank der sonnigen Terrasse und des tollen Wetters konnten wir noch wunderbar in der Sonne frühstücken. Obwohl das Haus direkt an der Straße liegt ist es nachts sehr ruhig. Der Supermarkt und das Einkaufszentrum sind etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt gut zu erreichen und 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet. Die Umgebung bietet viele herrliche Sehenswürdigkeiten, so dass man einen sehr kurzweiligen Urlaub verbringen kann. Insgesamt können wir einen Aufenthalt hier sehr empfehlen!! 👍

#### Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Golf von La Spezia und die Wohnung war wie sie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, außerdem war die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten zwar keinen privaten Parkplatz, konnten aber in der nahegelegenen Seitenstraße problemlos parken. Die Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb und es gab keine Cafès o.ä. in der Nähe. Armando hat uns dafür umso besser beraten, wohin wir gehen können.

Eine Ferienwohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt 👍. Die von uns bewohnte Wohnung im Obergeschoss war mit ihrem großen Balkon, der mit allem ausgestattet ist, mit gigantischer Aussicht auf den Hafen von La Spezia, war ein Traum!! Der Vermieter, Herr Bonomi, ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Er hat uns einen sehr angenehmen Empfang bereitet und mit jede Menge hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützend wenn man etwas benötigt oder wissen möchte. Die Tipps für interessante und sehenswerte Orte in der Nähe waren super, gute Lokale in der Nähe ebenso. Wir können nach unserem Urlaub, dem Aufenthalt in der Region und die super schöne Ferienwohnung nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen. Sehr hoher Erholungswert mit vielen schönen neuen Eindrücken werden uns sicher noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir werden in der Zukunft sicher nochmals bei Herrn Bonomi Quartier beziehen. #### Schöner Urlaub
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt mit guter Betreuung durch den Vermieter, der für alle Fragen angenehm zur Verfügung stand. Das Objekt ist sehr nett gestaltet und der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Stadt und den Hafen ist tagsüber und nachts wunderbar.

Le propriétaire est très à l écoute Nous informe beaucoup sur les lieux à visiter, très chaleureux et surtout Il parle très bien le français. Appartement très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et la montagne. Je recommande cette Appartement ,il est très propre et bien équipé Merci encore armando

sehr geschmackvolle, helle Einrichtung der Fewo, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden- technisch gut ausgestattet, Inductionsherd, Spülmaschine, Kühlgefrierkombi, Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit (Garage) nach Absprache Hr. Bonomi ist ein sehr sympatischer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter ,für alle Fragen und Tipps offen... Würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen bzw. selbst nocheinmal in Anspruch nehmen

#### Traumhafte Basis für Ausflüge
In dieser Wohnung finden Sie alles was sie für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigen. Der Vermieter Herr Bonomi ist sehr aufmerksam und jederzeit für seine Gäste erreichbar. Wir hatten die obere Whg. mit einem schönen Blick über den Hafen und die Bucht. Mit dieser Terrasse will man fast nur Zuhause Essen und den Blick genießen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
