The housing unit is located on the fifth floor of a well-attended building, located in the immediate vicinity of the city center, equipped with a double staircase and lift, in Via Vittorio Veneto, the central road that crosses the city longitudinally; the apartment includes kitchen with balcony, large air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, large double bedroom with the addition of 1 single bed and large bathroom with shower.
The apartment allows for a peaceful and relaxing stay in an oasis of peace and tranquility, ideal for spending unforgettable days in a peaceful and fantastic environment that allows guests to feel as if they were at home, with every comfort.
The apartment has a living area of 85 square meters, has great natural lighting as it has 8 large windows, of which 6 (living room and bedroom) with double glazing; tastefully and functionally furnished and equipped with every comfort such as air conditioning and wi-fi connection; there is also a piano for the pleasure of those who are willing to play.
The apartment has a covered, reserved car park with automatic closing, included in the price.
The structure has in the immediate vicinity the stops of public transport that serve every part of the city and the neighboring and seaside resorts of the Gulf of Poets.
