Direct access to the beach. Located in Laguna del Mar Condominium, which offers a navigable pool, gym, laundry room, barbecue areas, and 24/7 security. Close to tourist attractions and local dining spots.  
  
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for both short and long stays. It includes bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils, WiFi, Smart TV, and digital access. The terrace offers a privileged view of the Faro Monumental — perfect for enjoying sunsets. The navigable lagoon allows for activities like kayaking or paddleboarding.  
  
You'll be staying in one of La Serena’s most exclusive resort-style complexes. This apartment offers the perfect balance between comfort and natural surroundings. The bedroom is spacious, the kitchen fully functional, and the living area connects seamlessly to the terrace.
