Situated on the site of a former manor house, a charming renovated 19th-century building, and a vast and beautiful park are the main features of this welcoming cottage.  
  
\- The tranquility of a small Perche village  
\- The surrounding 2,850 m² park with garden furniture, barbecue facilities upon request, terrace, and garage  
\- The beauty of the surrounding landscapes: Senonches and La Ferté-Vidame forests, rivers, and ponds  
\- The proximity of Dreux (30 minutes away), Nogent-le-Rotrou (40 minutes away), and Chartres (52 minutes away)  
  
Swings, ping-pong, and vintage bikes are available on site  
  
Activities you can book with Philippe and Elaine: yoga discovery, exploring the Perche Senonchois region through the ages, and an introduction to "digital garage sales" (digitizing old vinyl records, slides, Super 8 or VHS films, etc.).  
  
In the surrounding area, numerous activities are available for young people and adults looking to expend their physical energy:  
  
A treetop adventure and paintball site is 18 km away (Nolimit Adventure, in Digny).  
  
Water skiing with an easy rope-lift circuit and obstacles for small acrobatics is 15 km away (Perche Water Park in Fontaine-Simon), on a vast body of water parallel to the Eure River.  
  
Other, even larger facilities are available near Pontgouin, for training accomplished athletes.

Welcome to the Perche region! This 160 m² house, next door to the owners (independent access), is located in a small village in the Perche region, surrounded by fields, forests, streams, and ponds. It comprises:  
  
Ground floor:  
Kitchen/dining room with oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer  
Living room (25 m²) with fireplace (insert), TV (50 countries), and Wi-Fi access  
1 bedroom with a double bed  
Bathroom with bathtub and shower/WC  
Large room with washing machine, dishwasher, and table tennis  
Veranda  
  
Upstairs (interconnecting):  
1 upstairs living room with a single bed;  
1 bedroom with a single bed and a baby bed  
1 bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together  
Shower room/WC  
  
Central heating via an air-to-water heat pump. Renewable energy nearby (daytime electricity supplied by the largest photovoltaic park north of the Loire).  
  
From September 2025, mobile phone coverage by all operators (Orange mobile relay antenna under construction).  
  
Bed linens (€15/double bed, €13/single bed), household linens (€10/person), and a cleaning fee (€65, mandatory if rented by a company) are available for rental.  
Pets are not allowed (or upon request).  
  
An electric vehicle charging station is located 300m from the three gîtes, in the public parking lot in the town center (inquire about available outlets and subscriptions).  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:  
\- Towels: €10.64 per person per stay  
\- End-of-stay cleaning: €69.15 per stay

From Paris, take the N12 to Dreux and continue to Brezolles via the D4\. In Brezolles, place de la Halle, take the D30 towards Senonches. After Crucey-Village, take the 1st right towards La Saucelle (D 155.3). At La Saucelle, turn right towards the church (D 146). Arriving in front of the restaurant "le Grand Claireau", and turning your back on the church, turn right into rue des Pesles (D 316.3). The gîte is at number 13.
