### Ski-In/Ski-Out Studio with Mountain View, Balcony, and Parking in La Salle-les-Alpes

The Aigle Noir residence is located on the snow front, a few steps from the start of the La Casse Bœuf slopes, the ESF and the shops.  
  
This pretty alcove studio is laid out as follows: an alcove at the entrance with bunk beds, a living room with a BZ convertible sofa, a beautiful open and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...), a bathroom and a separate toilet.  
Possibility to park your car in the parking lot outside the residence, private parking.  
Very large garden of approximately 1000m2 at the foot of the residence.  
  
The advantages of this rental in La Salle les Alpes: Condominium located on the snow front with the possibility of returning on skis to the foot of the building.  
Housing completely renovated and very pleasant. Nice balcony facing south.  
Cleaning with disinfection included.
