The villa (375m² of which 100m² garage) is of superior quality, entirely renovated with luxury materials and equipped to maximise your pleasure and comfort (fibre internet, air conditioning, luxury hotel bedding, wine cellar, ice maker, heated infinity pool from May to October, 12 person Spa heated all year round on request, pool house, terrace, petanque court, ping-pong table, electric fireplace, connected TV in the living room and in each bedroom except for the children's room ....) on 2500m² of wooded grounds.
