Perfect for a small family or a group of friends, this 2-bedroom villa offers comfort and functionality across 120m². Each bedroom is equipped with two 90x200 cm beds and headboards, creating flexible sleeping arrangements. The villa features a cozy open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge. Additional amenities include a separate WC, a shower room, and an 11m² private terrace—ideal for outdoor relaxation.  
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
