The restoration has brought the comfort of modernity without removing the charm of the past: exposed stones, fireplace, niches ... We wanted to furnish the house by combining the old with the new. For the old one, a beautiful 16th century wardrobe, a Regency bed. For the new, we are congratulated, among other things, for the good bedding. The private terrace, sheltered and facing south, offers evenings around the barbecue and during the day of idleness. In front of the terrace is the 2000m2 garden of the Manoli museum; the opportunity to discover the world of the fire sculptor who lived in these places. The garden is shared. To supply the house, three minutes away on foot: bakery, convenience store, newsagent, pharmacy; and three minutes by car, the supermarket with its shopping arcade. The beautiful sandy beaches are less than 5 minutes by car; the port with its sailing school and tennis in the town. En revanche, le prix de la location est excessif au regard des prestations. L’accès à la maison se fait par le musée et l’habitation de la propriétaire, il y a une odeur persistante et désagréable dans la salle de bain, la pièce à vivre est trop sombre. Die online Bilder suggerieren eine großzügige Wohnungsanlage mit Garten. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um eine dreistöckige schmale Reihenhauswohnung an der Straße mit kleiner Außenterasse nach hinten, die in Nachbarschaft zu einem Museumsgarten mit Skulpturen liegt. Das Gebäude ist ca. 300 Jahre alt und wahrscheinlich in den 80igern renoviert worden. Der Hauptwohnraum ist dunkel, was durch eine schwarze Fliesenoptik noch verstärkt wird..Das Bad ist älter und die Toilette nicht sauber gepflegt. Der Eingangsbereich hat Hinterhofcharakter. Man betritt die Wohnung quasi durch den Hof. Der eigentliche Strand liegt am Meer etwa 3 km entfernt, in der Nähe ist lediglich der Fluss. Wir finden den Mietpreis für die Jahreszeit und der gebotenen Qualität überzogen, zumal noch ein zusätzlicher Betrag für einen Hausmeisterdienst verlangt wurde. Ce jardin appartient à un musée, il est interdit aux chiens. Pas de clôture entre ce jardin et la petite cour (35m² environ) de la location. 35 Euros non prévus dans l'annonce pour le ménage nous a été réclamé alors que celui-ci était mal fait surtout au niveau de la salle de bain. Il n'y a qu'une pièce d'eau/sdb/wc. La salle de bain est bricolée : Fuite d'eau sous le lavabo (vider un sceau tous les jours), impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Un charmant monsieur ( homme à tout faire ?) nous a gentiment enlevé la crémone en forçant avec des outils. La propriétaire habitant en mitoyenneté, insistante, nous demandais tous les jours si nous allions mettre un bon commentaire sur Abritel. Magnifique séjour dans un cadre qui a une (belle) âme, le jardin de sculptures est un joyau, la maison est très agréable, meublée avec goût... et comme une maison à vivre et habiter. La région nous a enchantés, en dehors de Dinan, Dinard et St Malo, des petits coins au bord de la Rance, découverts au gré de la balade en bateau, puis de promenades. Cette location a pour atout principal sa situation qui permet de rayonner facilement vers les joyaux de la région. La maison se trouve dans l’enceinte même du musée, ce qui a donné un caractère artistique inattendu à notre séjour. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié découvrir les statuts et les œuvres du sculpteur dans le magnifique jardin auquel nous avions accès ! La maison en elle-même est charmante mais nécessiterai quelques réaménagements (cuisine notamment qui se trouve actuellement à l’étage ainsi que la salle de bain). Man hat komplett seine Ruhe. Das Haus selbst ist sauber und ansprechend sowie ausreichend eingerichtet; durch die steilen Treppen (insgesamt 29 Stufen) aber nicht unbedingt für Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen geeignet. Leider sind das Bad und die Küche im ersten OG etwas knapp bemessen. Bei 5 Personen dürfte es eng werden. Das Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss ist sehr gemütlich und die Betten sind sehr gut. Der große Fernseher bietet aber nur französische Programme. Im Ort selbst gibt es eine Bäckerei und einen Supermarkt, leider aber auch nur ein Restaurant. Eine wirklich gute Creperie. Aber man vermisst eine kleine Kneipe, wo man auch abends nach einem Spaziergang noch mal ein Glas Wein trinken kann, z. B. an dem netten kleinen Hafen. So muss man doch immer zum PKW greifen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit der Möglichkeit im Umkreis von unter 100 km viel Interessantes zu sehen. ##### Feill This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Brigitte R. Jun 13, 2013 #### Urlaub in La Richardais Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Skulpturengarten und vor allem der schwarze Museumskater Sessa. Sessa hat uns täglich 2 x besucht und das Haus bis zum Dach kontrolliert. Er brachte uns immer zum lachen als er durch die offene Treppe in den Garten schaute ob wieder Museumsbesucher da waren. Auch als er auf dem Olivenbaum saß und mit den Vögeln kommunizierte hat uns zum schmunzeln gebracht. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Unterkunft sehr sauber. Die Nähe zur Stadt Dinard und St. Malo war einzigartig. Wir werden wieder in dieses schöne Haus zurückkehren. ##### Brigitte R. A seulement qq kilomètres de Dinard et St Malo. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un calme idylique. Britt est une hotesse charmante.
