POOL & SPA: There is no private pool and hot tub, you can use the community amenities which are walking distance away. 7\. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay. If you exceed the number of guests, you will be charged an additional fee. If you have more than 4 guests, there will be $15 per guest, per night, with a maximum of 6 guests at any time 8\. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement contract and provide the names of ALL DRIVERS, so you can get through security. 11\. Smoking is not permitted on the property. This is a non-smoking, non vaping house. Smoking will result in a fine as well as cost to remove the smell. HOA Rules & Fines Guests must follow all HOA rules, including parking, noise, and speed limits. Any fines issued by the HOA due to guest actions are the guest’s responsibility. The guest agrees that fines may be collected through the booking platform’s Resolution Center or any method permitted by the platform. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
