The charming attached casita features a full bathroom and a private entry, offering both comfort and convenience. It provides a cozy living space and serene atmosphere, ensuring privacy and a welcoming environment. Built for entertainment, the living area boasts an open layout with a plush sectional, gas fireplace, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.  
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.  
The golf cart is not available to guests.  
The City of La Quinta requires at least one guest 25 years or older to be present for the entire duration of your stay, who must provide a government-issued I.D. at check-in. This person will be responsible for ensuring all applicable laws and rules are followed by the group.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.  
  
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved this property and location. The home was well stocked with plenty of towels and linens, kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The communication with our Vacasa contact was great. If ever we reached out for something they got right back to us!! It was a great experience!
