The condo is located on the famous TPC Stadium Course. They are all first-class pro courses. The prices may vary depending upon the course you play. With your booked tee times you’ll have access to two separate driving ranges and practice facilities. You will also be able to dine at two of the PGA West Club houses as well- Ernie's Grill and Greg Norman Grill. Just google any of those courses and or restaurants for the phone numbers to book or make reservations! There are lots of fun things to do from beautiful La Quinta to Downtown Palm Springs with great restaurants, world-class shopping, tennis, hiking, bike riding and just exploring the area. Depending upon the size of your car, you may be able to also park your car inside the garage or you can park in the driveway. Swimming Pool Just steps away (2 condos down) you have access to one of the best pools and spas including a full restroom, that no all pools have. You can also relax or eat snacks under the covered shaded portico. Honeywell Heat & Air Conditioning There are 2 heat & air conditioning systems in the condo. One for the Master Bedroom, Laundry Room, 2nd Bedroom and 3rd Bedroom and a second system for the entry, living room, dining room and kitchen. Washer & Dryer The large load Whirlpool Premium Washer and Dryer are provided in the laundry room. This is the place I would recommend highly! If you’re looking for a comfortable clean peaceful surrounding this is for you. Deonn’s condo has everything you need in the kitchen bathrooms. The TV has many channels. We always enjoy ourselves coming here. I would never rent anywhere else. We’ve never had any problems staying in this condo. It’s always been perfect. Deonn was amazing! Communication was almost immediate and all questions were answered. The property itself is beautiful, on the 16th tee box of the Stadium course. Every day we would watch golfers as they faced this challenging course. The back patio has a firepit with seating, a dining table and a large gas BBQ. The interior is very roomy with ensuites in each of the three bedrooms. The entire condo was so well stocked with everything you could think of. It was such a pleasure to make this our home away from home and we will definitely be back! ##### Cindy O. That was The absolute highlight of the trip. We were able to cruise around PGA West in the golf cart, which was very fun and made us already start booking another trip back.
