Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 86 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating. If you opt for pool heat please know that pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. \- Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access. \- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics. \- The grass areas will be unavailable for use through the end of October while we re-seed for the winter. We apologize for the inconvenience. \- All furniture and household items must remain where placed. If you need to rearrange, please return items afterward or contact our Concierge. My husband and I stayed here with our 5 year old and teenager as well as friends with a toddler and a family member. The pics on the listing are beautiful but really don’t do justice on this amazing house and property! Everything you could possibly need was there. There isn’t an ice maker in the freezer but a stand alone ice maker that we couldn’t get to work very well, no big deal though, we just got a lot of ice. Plus there’s a separate fridge/freezer in the garage. There are bikes, floaties for the pool, corn hole and every appliance we needed. It’s a perfect place for a large group with a private and a huge backyard. I would recommend having a swiffer mop handy for the floors as they get dirty quickly.
