Palm on the Drive is that perfectly designed clean and modern desert-inspired bungalow retreat that you are looking for. Featuring a spacious salt water pool with outdoor covered sitting and lounging space. All three bedrooms include spacious and modern ensuite bathrooms and a powder room is available for guests. The third bedroom is a private casita with its own keyed entrance facing the interior pool and courtyard. The bathrooms feature sleek vertical glass tiles to the ceiling and modern arched glass panel dividers. La Quinta STR Lic #260364 Palm on the Drive - House Rules • Overnight (10 PM - 7 AM) stay maximum number of guest allowed is 6 adults or up to 2 adults and 4 children. • Only three beds (1 King and 2 Queens) are provided irregardless of the number of guests listed up to the maximum overnight guests allowed. • Daytime (7 AM - 10 PM) maximum number of guest allowed is 12 occupants including the number of registered overnight guests. • There should be no noise after 10 pm that may disturb at all the neighbors or other guests. It is a beautiful resort-style gated community that feels like it was built for vacation rentals. The home itself was spacious, clean, modern and nicely furnished and decorated. The pool itself can be heated, which was great. The listing mentioned a “hot tub” which is not in the private pool, it’s in the nearby pool which was at least conveniently located right behind the house.
