Other than that, the unit is in a good location albeit in need of some upkeep with pointy ends of screws sticking out from kitchen drawers being a concern. We did ask for the day bed to be set up, but it wasn’t when we checked in. The owner was very responsive and apologized for the oversight, and we were able to locate the items to properly set up the couch. This condo is located in a phenomenal location walking distance to downtown La Quinta , Pickleball, courts, in the parking lot of the embassy, where there are Tesla, EV chargers, and there is lots of grassy areas if you bring your furry loved one to be able to potty :-) a short 3 mile drive to Indian Wells Tennis Garden! The owner was delightful & very accommodating to our needs! Highly recommend & we’ve already booked our next stay. ##### Jamie & Steve A.
