Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee bar, blender & all the basics. Legacy Villas offer 12 pools, gym, fountains, walking trail & stunning views! Looking for the extraordinary? This single story studio underwent an extensive remodel and is unlike any other at Legacy! Single story with nobody above or below you for added privacy. Lots of unassigned street parking right outside your unit & easy self check-in via electronic lock. The romantic, stunningly designed studio is fully equipped to exceed your expectations! King canopy bed with soft 100% cotton bedding and hotel grade mattress. Restoration Hardware armchair with ottoman to provide a comfy spot to read, relax and soak in the gorgeous Mountain Views. Enjoy the 1 touch gas fireplace for cozy winter nights. The 50" smart TV with cable and Netflix + strong WIFI will be sure to keep you entertained. Need to work, want to play one of our provided board games or simply eat in?! You'll have a table and chairs to do just that. The studio also has a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, toaster, pour over coffee maker AND Keurig (with pods provided), electric kettle, a selection of teas, blender, sandwich maker, mini fridge, dishes and glassware, knives, cutting board and some spices. Ideal to prepare some basic meals, however, this is not a full kitchen and there is no oven or cooktop. The oversized bathroom has a spa feel with a large soaking tub + and big walk in shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and most basic toiletries in case you forgot something. Also provided is a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron. Ready to head outside? The studio is directly adjacent to one of the nicest pools at Legacy with a bathroom and outdoor shower and we got you covered with pool towels, floaties and pool toys. Or you can just enjoy the stunning views and al fresco meals from your private patio. Added bonuses this studio provides: a welcome basket of goodies for the weary traveler, a closet and dresser for ample storage, an iron/ironing board, a selection of books and games and coolers for the pool. Legacy Villas is La Quinta's premier condo community that borders the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains and is located directly adjacent to the famous Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort with its tennis courts, world class restaurants, shopping, golfing and spa. Legacy Villas has 12 heated saltwater pools, 11 spas, stunning grounds with fountains and palm trees on every corner, a walking trail that surrounds the complex, outdoor fireplaces, a hammock garden, club house, gym and onsite, seasonal restaurant, the Legacy Grill. In March, it is also a top destination for tennis fans visiting the BNP Paribas in Indian Wells and during the month of April, it's festival season, attracting hundreds of thousands of music lovers attending Coachella and Stagecoach. And you are only a 30 minute drive from Palm Springs with its vibrant nightlife, shopping, museums and aerial tram and only 1 hour drive from Joshua Tree which makes for a perfect day trip. Loved watching the hummingbirds mornings and evenings on our patio (they were at the pool too!) and the beautiful mountain views. Britta's casitas are in the best location in the community. We enjoyed the quick walk to Legacy Grill at the main pool, and the lunch selections were delicious. Don't miss dinner and live entertainment on the patio at Arnold Palmer's in La Quinta! We visited La Quinta Resort next door, but were always glad to get back to the peace and solitude of our casita. A very charming and private casita stocked with everything I needed. The entire process and accessibility were extremely easy and seamless. Great attention to detail along with extras we really appreciated. The host really thought of everything in this unit and answered a few questions we had right away. Very comfortable bedding with everything you need in the small kitchen space with micro and frig. This unit has a large outside table steps from the pool through a beautiful flowering archway. We enjoyed the hummingbirds! The resort pool in front of the room closed for part of our stay. There are 11 others pools within walking distance so not a big issue. The on site cafe serves a wonderful breakfast but currently only open on weekends. The resort itself is meticulously maintained with fantastic views and tranquil fountains. ##### Vicky and Gary T. The property was perfectly located for us. It was clean as a whistle! Britta has a "decorator's eye." The apartment was tastefully furnished with some delightful touches.
