If you are looking to join the action, we are only a 3-4 minute walk from the beautiful main pool area that has a kids pool, splash area, adult lap pool, general pool, free cabanas, Legacy Grill (seasonal), gas BBQ area, a fully equipped gym, club house, 2 outdoor fireplaces & a hammock garden. 2) BEST design! We spent over 2 months remodeling & upgrading the house to make it light and cheery and replaced all furnishings with fun, eclectic pieces, unusual light fixtures & original artwork to make your home-away-from-home just a bit more special... We guarantee there ain't another unit like it... 3) BEST location for enjoying pool and sun! The unit is directly facing our favorite pool with large hot tub, shower & bathroom. The patio faces west and is fully covered, so you get some afternoon sun. Perfect for dining al fresco while soaking in the gorgeous views. If you are visiting in the cooler months, there is the back patio (off the master) that faces south & is perfect for getting all day sun. 4) BEST layout! This is one of only 8 total SINGLE STORY lock off units with no one above or below that comes with a 2 car garage! Bedrooms are on the back end of the property and only 1 shared wall in the living room ensures you have maximum privacy. 5) BEST amenities! We follow the spirit of "more is more" and strive to provide EVERYTHING for you, so all you need to bring is your clothes and food. We have WIFI, cable, smart TVs in every room, Netflix, everything for fun days at the pool (towels, coolers, wagon, pool toys, life jackets and puddle jumpers for the little ones) a fully stocked kitchen with all kinds of appliances, electric BBQ on our patio, a front loading HE washer & dryer with detergent provided, bathroom amenities, board games, books, and so much more! We’ve never stayed in La Quinta before but really enjoyed it. We found the location central to everything and close to great hikes. Plenty or pools and hot tubs to use. They also had nice walkways with views of the mountains. This property had bikes that we were able to use to ride around. The condo was just as described. It was just the two of us but there is another bedroom with twin beds. This gated community had great pool areas and a workout facility. The house was clean and very well equipped so you feel like home from the first moment. The kids loved having the pool right out the back door and we appreciated all of the little touches of food, cooking and cleaning items very thoughtfully included with the house. We’ve stayed in Legacy Villas many times over the past 15 years or so and this is by far one of the nicest and most well appointed units we’ve enjoyed. Proximity to the pool is an added bonus. The sun was shining through the palm trees and the pools were so clean and blue. The property itself was so well maintained and clean! You can really tell that the owner cares about this casa and wants her guests to enjoy themselves in her home. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and are so clean. We absolutely LOVED it and hope to stay again on our annual trip! With two toddlers it was helpful to have so many kid-friendly amenities provided. We loved the child’s dishes, pack & play, puddle jumpers and wagon. The condo is very spacious and quiet and we absolutely loved the pool right outside the unit! Location was great for us - close to golf, hiking trails and old town LaQuinta restaurants/farmers market. As listed, the house is steps from a pool/hot tub (one of few in community with a bathroom). The amenity center has larger pools, fitness, hammocks, fire pit and cafe (open weekends). The villa itself has everything you could want and then some - extra pillows, space heaters, curling irons, sunscreen, etc. The kitchen has everything for meal prep if you eat in. We appreciated all the provided spices, cooking oil, condiments AND the lovely welcome basket of goodies. Britta is a great host! ##### Pam T.
