The Space: An upstairs Legacy Villas studio with a king bed, mini-bar, fireplace, and full bathroom will make your next stay in La Quinta comfortable and enjoyable. The sleeping area opens to through french doors to a private balcony with unobstructed mountain views and outdoor seating. The bedroom provides ample living space with a closet, chest of drawers and a smart TV. The mini-bar contains a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, toilet and single vanity. Commercially laundered linens and towels including pool towels are provided for each guest stay. The condo is located near the back of the Legacy Villas community with ample parking directly below and on the side of the stairs to the condo's second floor entrance. The condo is a short-walk to a community satellite pool and hot tub and a 5 minute walk to the main pools, fitness center and clubhouse. The unit can be combined with LV112 to create a spacious 2 bedroom villa (subject to availability). California Vacation Villas operates under the city of La Quinta business license number 762906\. Legacy Villas offers guests the use of 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs including a main pool area with a walk-in children's pool, large pool deck including cabanas and a separate lap pool with additional seating. The community clubhouse area has a spacious fitness room with treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and free weights. The Legacy Grille is also located in the clubhouse area and operates on the weekends from November-May. The Legacy Villas homeowner's association operates independently of California Vacation Villas providing 24 hour security, facilities/grounds maintenance and bi-weekly trash collection from community dumpsters located throughout the community. The community is a 10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and a 1 mile walk or short-drive to Old Town La Quinta. The Hwy 111 shopping corridor is a 5-10 minute drive and has every major retailer including Costco, Target, Super Walmart and multiple grocery stores. The Empire Polo Club (host of the Coachella and Stagecoach musical festivals), the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (host of the BNP Paribas) and the Shoppes on El Paseo in Palm Desert are all within a 15-20 minute drive. Palm Springs International Airport is 40-45 minutes from Legacy Villas. Additional desert attractions including championship golf, multiple hiking and biking trails and numerous spas and resorts are all within a short walk or drive from the community. Legacy Villas is a central location and a wonderful choice for a variety of travelers looking for a resort setting in a gated condo community. Getting Around: Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area. Other Things to Note: Life in our plush studio extends far beyond its stylish confines. The property's location encourages exploration, a 10-minute walk will bring you to the La Quinta Resort, or Old Town La Quinta with its quaint, whimsical charm is just a mile away. The bustling Hwy 111 shopping corridor, home to major retailers and grocery stores, is a short drive from our community. Golf enthusiasts will relish our proximity to the exquisite PGA WEST Pete Dye Mountain Course. Additionally, the Empire Polo Club and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden are but a short drive away, as are the Shoppes on El Paseo in Palm Desert. Spring vacations are made more enchanting with the many local festivals, music events such as Coachella, and our studio's sun-kissed balcony. It's also a wonderful base for families planning to celebrate the upcoming Memorial Day or Independence Day holidays in the sun-soaked desert landscape of La Quinta. Preserving our serene and hushed ambiance, we request our valued guests to adhere to house rules such as no smoking, no parties, and events.
