Modern, luxurious, relaxing, peaceful, colorful and fun southwestern Santa Fe-designed home, patio, pool and spa. Located in exclusive La Quinta Cove, one block away from the cherished, 20-acre Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve and Trail System (hiking, cycling, walking, sight-seeing, rock climbing, bird watching), short 15-minute walk to the fabled, 5-Star Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Hotel and Resort and its adjacent golf, tennis, spa, restaurant and retail facilities. 1.25 miles away minutes from "Old Town La Quinta," PGA West Golf and the La Quinta Civic Center. Neighboring communities include Indian Wells, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, Bermuda Dunes and Indio. Touring Outside the Estate: Outside and upon entering the front gate, you're welcomed by exotic lighting, desert shrubs, cactus and succulents, sculptures, artwork and patio furnishings. 2-car automated garage door entry; adjoining RV pad includes hook-ups for water and electricity. Fully-furnished and equipped Casita features private entrance and parking. Patio "Right" is the pool and spa area, as well as reclining lounges, chairs and tables. Patio "Left" is the fully covered and shaded outdoor "Great Room" featuring soft couches and chairs, fireplace, cable TV, ceiling fans, and BBQ. Main Entrance to Great Room and Kitchen: entering the home, to the left is the modern kitchen with granite counters, colorful ceramic tile insets, outdoor views, appliances and warm and friendly artwork and furnishings. Straight ahead is the large, open, high-ceiling Great Room complete with two large couches and pillows, reclining chair, cable flat-screen TV and stereo sound system. Beautiful southwestern, Santa Fe-themed artwork, tile, rugs, sculptures and furnishings abound and complement the full-windowed view of the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains range. Living quarters: proceeding from the Great Room, an enclosed laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board is on the left. On the right, is the Primary BR, complete with high ceilings, ceiling fans, fireplace, desk/workspace, cable flat screen TV, luxurious wooden furniture, french doors that open to the pool and patio and a full wall of windows providing the same view as the Great Room of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The Master BR and Bath have ample closet and cabinet space for clothes, shoes, blankets and more. The bright and airy Master Bath features skylights, tile floors, a large walk-in closet, step down shower, bath tub , and double-sink counters. A second BR includes a double bed, desk/work space, flat screen TV, closet. It shares a full bath with the third bedroom, which includes twin beds, cable flat-screen TV and ample closet space. An attached "Casita" that is included in the nightly rate completes the living quarters and features a private, gated entrance and parking. The bedroom includes a queen bed, high ceilings and dedicated air conditioning system and 3/4 bath. The kitchenette has a micro-wave oven, dishes, refrigerator and small stove. Parking options include a two-car garage with ample storage space, driveway and street parking, and a pad for RV parking. Please note, the house possesses a security recording system and motion activated outdoor lighting for when the house is vacant. It is disabled during the time when guests are present. The City of La Quinta has received complaints about noise from short term rentals. We have very nice and helpful neighbors. We ask that all of our guests keep the noise down when outdoors so as not to disturb full time residents and not jeopardize the short term rental program in La Quinta. We request lights and noise be curtailed after 10 p.m. Many thanks in advance! Please Note: All guests are required to sign a short term rental agreement. The neighborhood is quite and the Mountain View’s stunning. Kitchen is well stocked and easily accommodates multiple “cooks”. The main indoor gathering area is a bit tight, although plenty of space in the private outdoor areas. The WiFi connection was a bit sporadic. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home with 3 generations ranging in age from 17 to 75\. It is in a great neighborhood that we loved walking around, especially in the evenings. The pool, hot tub and outdoor areas are are very enjoyable, especially after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. We all loved the artwork throughout the house. Our family has taken a vacation to the desert every spring for nearly 30 years - before kids, with infants and toddlers, with little kids and now with teenagers and young adults. We know and love the area but had never stayed in La Quinta Cove before. It's a lovely neighborhood and the house is simply wonderful. It's well equipped and the super fun collection of southwestern themed artwork completes the experience. Beatrice was excellent at communicating everything we needed to know about renting the property and available to answer any questions. We loved taking early morning jogs/walks on the very nearby paved trail, then playing tennis at the beautiful La Quinta resort a mere two miles away. If you are a golfer there is no shortage of nearby options. Our favorite part was family time in the gorgeous outdoor living area with a variety of fabulous views in every direction. Every detail and need is considered. The property is private, quiet, well maintained, and super clean. The decor inside and outside is flawless, comfortable, and fun. Yes, fun! The pool/spa is heaven and views of the Santa Rosa mountains — breathtaking. Walking distance to trails. Old Town La Quinta minutes away (driving), but you can bike, too. The neighborhood was very quiet, close to downtown La Quinta, and close to a walking trail and local hiking trail. We hiked, ran, relaxed and ate tasty food in town. The pool and spa on the property kept us happy and relaxed. We did run into issues using the pool and spa app, so make sure to touch base with the manager so that you receive proper instructions (the directions don’t match what you see when you download the app). Regardless, the manager was patient and helpful. The house was very clean and spacious. Our stay was close to perfect. I highly recommend this home. ##### Jessie V. We have been fortunate enough to have stayed at some of the most iconic properties in the Palm Springs area. This was a fairly last minute decision and our choices were very limited. While this is house is not opulent or grandiose, it’s charm is undeniable. The maintenance is impeccable, and we absolutely fell on love with La Quinta. Beatrice could not have been more pleasant to deal with and everything was simply perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with La Brassiere French bistro close by.
