Old college buddies getting together for a long weekend….all from different parts of the US. The house presents well, but is in need of some maintenance. Main fridge doesn’t work well, so they have an extra fridge to use that works well. Some of the fans make an irritating noise. We used the BBQ and although we had it off for a couple hours, the smoke alarm went off…..repeatedly. Still a mystery to our group.We still had a great time. Location is great. Very private. Clean property.

Lots of living space, master bedroom was enormous! Other rooms were a little small for adults but otherwise comfortable. Great kitchen and pool. Golf course view was great! Getting in and out of the neighborhood was a breeze.

This is a great property for a larger group. It is spacious, but a bit dated. The furniture is sufficient and in good shape. It was super nice to have two refrigerators in the kitchen, especially if you have a large group. The beds were comfortable, and there was a good assortment of pillows. The outdoor area is fantastic and during the time we were here, it was very quiet.

Relaxing golf getaway!

This home is beautiful and perfectly located on the golf course in a gated community! It is spacious and provided the perfect accommodations for our golf getaway weekend. We would definitely look to stay at this location again!

Although it was a very nice property, it was not a very welcoming place. It was dusty, trash on the ground, towels all over the laundry room. The tvs were not working, the hot tub was the worst problem. It didn’t get going until the second day of the stay. I would not want to go back there.

Memorable but disappointing weekend

Our family booked this home months ago to celebrate our dad’s/grandpa’s 80th birthday. While the property and neighborhood are beautiful, some of the cleanliness issues we encountered throughout our stay were disgusting and unsanitary. Our first night we opened up the sofa bed in the casita to find a dirty stained mattress pad. The sheets provided for the sofa bed were stained as well. The next day while my children were playing we discovered animal poop behind one of the sofas. I immediately took pictures and sent them to the property manager and until now I have not received a response. We had my elderly parents with us who have health problems and young children. This is completely unacceptable conditions to have a house in for guests to use. In addition to the disgusting conditions, the main refrigerator was not working properly and we had to move all our food into the spare refrigerator, which was much smaller. We still made the best of our time together, but dealing with these issues really put a damper on our celebration.

Amazing Annual Family Trip

Our family gets together every year for quality time and this house was extremely special and perfect for us. The layout is fantastic plenty of towels and chairs. The pool table and pool made this perfect for day and night activities. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement the only thing would be to add a high chair. We bring our own but the are not table height. Would definitely recommend this place for families. Property manager is super friendly and helpful.

No refrigerator working

Our first day we checked in we had no refrigerator in the 118 degree weather! We didn’t realize the refrigerator was broken until 3-4 hrs in our trip by that time a lot of our food has gone bad. The next day we had about 2-3 ppl walking in and out “trying” to fix the issue but of course nothing was resolved. It wasn’t until 6-7pm on day 2 of our 4 day vacation that they finally realize that sending every tech was not going to fix the situation. So they send us a new refrigerator finally. It Was a beautiful home but not the best experience. Also if you plan to sleep in don’t count on it ! Multiply windows in the master bedroom that have no shades wake you up at 530 am ! So definitely not a house to settle down and get cozy. Also the gardeners came every morning we were there at 7 am and it was just a horrible experience. Maybe look into other homes before this one because honestly staying home would have been better.

Great vacation

We had a great stay, house had all we needed. Pool was beautiful. We wish there were misters on the patio since it was 115 this weekend. We would definitely come back.
