### Designer quality home centrally located to the best of the desert!

Imagine checking into a tranquil oasis in a private, gated community for the peak of the desert season! This peaceful single floor retreat has 3 bedroom suites, a luxuriously furnished and decorated great room, chef’s kitchen, living room and master bedroom fireplaces, rear Zen garden and a secluded front patio deck with fire pit, pool/jacuzzi, gas barbeque and a magnificent and dramatic mountain view. With three paneled windows that open up the great room/kitchen to the front patio deck, this is indoor/outdoor living at its best! This retreat has been infrequently made available to rent, and it is rare for a rental to have this level of quality furnishings and artwork. It is much more a home than a rental. The front patio deck has umbrellas, misters and an outdoor fan for warmer afternoons. The rear Master and Santa Rosa rooms have private patios with gravity chairs and the Zen Garden has a fountain, lemon tree and a large Zen bed.  
  
Centrally located, 2 minutes from Pavilions and Trader Joe’s supermarkets and In 'n Out, walking distance to shops, exceptional restaurants, state of the art movie theaters, Magic Theater, the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens (15 minute walk) where the magnificent BNP Tennis Tournament is staged in March, a 15 minute drive to the world class PGA West golf courses (The AMEX Tournament/Concert Series), and Silverock Golf Course, to the fine and casual dining, entertainment and shopping available along El Paseo in Palm Desert, to Old Town La Quinta and a 5 minute drive to the world famous La Quinta Resort & Club with its challenging Pete Dye designed Mountain and Dunes golf courses and their renowned Spa. The Palm Springs Aerial Tram, Air Museum, Art Museum and multiple magnificent canyons for hiking are all within a 30 minute drive. Take in a minor league hockey game with our Coachella Valley Firebirds, concert or event at nearby Acrisure Arena (15 min drive). Joshua Tree National Park is not to be missed in season (3 hours round trip). Add a stop at Pappy & Harriet's in Pioneer Town, one of America's favorite and highest rated "dive bars". There are casinos (30 min drive) with concerts and gambling attractions. The world famous Nest is your spot for music and dancing. Fashion Week on El Paseo is an exceptionally run event as is the Palm Desert Food & Wine Festival. Thermal Racetrack gives drivers a chance to test their skills at high speed driving. January through March brings in world class Polo competition at the nearby Empire Polo Fields and its famous Tack Room Tavern. And to think, someone once asked us, "What's there to do in a desert?"  
  
With all of the above, whether your vacation style is activities such as tennis, hiking, golf, pickleball, etc… or pure relaxation, or both... this highly upgraded desert retreat is ideal for your extended stay.
