The house was lovely but the outside space is the real draw. Huge pool and a ton of space to hang out. VARE couldn't have been easier to deal with - the ease of texting throughout the stay was great. There was plenty of space for all seven of us plus our dogs. The hosts answered all of questions and met any need with lightning speed. It hays one of the biggest backyards in the community with a nice sized pool and a large putting/chipping green right in the backyard (not on the side of the house). Our teenage boys had plenty of room to throw balls. We loved the 4 lounge chairs, the fire pit, the covered patio with outdoor table. The pool and backyard were huge. The VARE management was amazing. Super responsive and friendly. The home did lack pool related toys or any items that might have otherwise been left for other kids/pool users to enjoy. Would have been nice to have some ways to float around in the pool.
