The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and conditioner. There are two large swimming pools (shared) with jacuzzies in the community. Both are within walking distance (a few minutes) from the property. There is a small, 1-car garage that guests are welcome to use (larger vehicles may not fit) as well as unassigned spaces along the street. We are minutes from PGA West with five public courses to choose from, as well as SilverRock Resort, an Arnold Palmer Classic Course, another terrific local option. The property management company was very professional and communicative, and they added nice touches like having holiday music playing upon our arrival and the house smelled great.
