Steps to the pool and located on the 11th tee of the world famous PGA West Pete Dye Designed Stadium course! A golfers paradise, PGA West is surrounded by world class golf courses. The Stadium course is rated one of the Top 100 Courses in the World by Golf Magazine as well as the 4th hardest course in America thanks in part to the Alcatraz island green on 17. It is also home to several top notch events including this years' American Express Tournament (formerly Career Builder Challenge, formerly the Humana Challenge Bob Hope Classic), the Prestige at PGA West, and others. This location will take your breath away.
The condo itself includes updated contemporary decor, very clean, spacious, light and bright with plenty of natural light and is not just your standard rental condo. It is single story with no one above. It has been freshly remodeled and painted and includes updated yet comfortable designer furnishings, new artwork and tons of new items for you to make yourself at home! Comfortably sleeps 6. Begin and end your day relaxing on the full size patio located on the 11th tee overlooking the course with a lovely golf course and mountain view or enjoy barbecuing on the front courtyard patio with a view of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The patio location is perfect as it is right on the tee box and you will not be dealing with flying golf balls on the patio so you can fully relax. It also has afternoon shade so you can enjoy the patio in the afternoons and evenings without the sun directly over you. Drive right up and park your car in the 2 car garage and walk into your private courtyard entry.
The home itself is 1600 square feet and boasts a living room with a 50 inch flat screen TV, 20 foot ceilings and overlooks the course and patio; a dining area that seats 6 comfortably; a large fully appointed kitchen with bar stool seating that overlooks the kitchen or living room view; plus an additional cozy den area that includes a flat screen TV and DVD. The den couch includes a pull out, perfect for extra guests or kids to sleep in while the adults enjoy the hotel style suites across the hallway!
2 Master Bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms are newly refreshed . Bathrooms include plush towels and fresh bath mats. The large master bedroom includes a king bed, 2 large closets and overlooks the course with its own separate slider onto a separate patio area, perfect for lounging in privacy after the kids or others have gone to sleep. Secondary bedroom has a queen bed. Both rooms include flat screen TV's with cable and attached bathrooms. Master includes a soaking tub.
With PGA West spending nearly $8 Million on Stadium Clubhouse renovations, enjoy outdoor patio dining and beautiful clubhouse amenities. This community is also 24 hours a day guard gated creating a feeling of safety, with miles of safe places to walk or bike. Two pools and jacuzzi's are just steps away. Also included is free Wi-Fi, an ipad/ipod/iphone speaker, No smoking please.
The City of La Quinta itself is a beautiful historical town, there are tons of newer restaurants as well as Old Town La Quinta. Don't miss out on seeing the La Quinta Resort and Spa. Nearby there is the famous Indian Wells Tennis Gardens facility, home of the BNP Paribas Tournament, as well as the must do Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Casinos, the Palm Springs Folleys, the famous El Paseo shopping district which includes most high end designer stores and don't forget the Cabazon Premium outlets. Location is within 4 miles of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals!
