The main living area is bright, open and airy with fresh decor and a lively Santa Fe vibe accented throughout the house. The Saltillo tiles (terra cotta) are warm and inviting--they're cool in the summer and naturally warm in the winter. Enjoy the huge 55" 4k screen with X-box, Netflix and a huge movie supply for every age & taste. Cozy up to the blazing fireplace on cooler nights with a glass of wine and a great book (we've supplied shelves of them) or the latest magazines. Spacious for our group of 7 however 3rd bathroom would have been helpful. Location to shopping and restaurants is excellent.. Close to airport and other activities in Palm Springs Pool and Hot tub were very much enjoyed by all. So many extras that added to our visit. The owner does respond to messages quickly. However, we experienced a few issues with the accuracy of the listing. For one, the pool is NOT heated, as described. You must pay an extra fee and do so ahead of time. We tried to get the owner to heat the pool, but it only heated a few degrees (up to 59), while we were there for the weekend. Not enough for us to actually swim. Please note that the house says it sleeps 10, but we were charged an extra person fee for a 6th person. And, you do not have access to the garage, as it states in the listing. The neighborhood also left a little to be desired. For example, some of the houses are a little unkempt and the neighbor has 3 cars/trucks in their small driveway. We just expected better for the price of the rental. ##### Jason T.
