Welcome to our brand new, tranquil home located in the Signature gated community in PGA West. Our 3 bed/2.5 bath home has been meticulously furnished by a world-famous interior design team to ensure you feel immediately comfortable and relaxed during your stay. Conveniently located so our guests can enjoy everything the Coachella Valley has to offer! WALK to the world famous Stadium Course clubhouse!
BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk in shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
Loft: Sofa with queen-size pull out bed.
Queen-size air mattress and Pack ‘n Play available upon request.
KITCHEN: Gather all of your family and friends around this gourmet eat-in kitchen, fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 6 burner gas range, and more…
LIVING: Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a huge, very comfortable sofa, plenty of seating and Smart TVs in the living room and upstairs loft perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi).
OUTSIDE: Our tastefully landscaped, fenced yard features an outdoor dining table, couch seating area, and BBQ.
KITCHEN: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to the community pool with outdoor living/BBQ area, fitness center, bocce ball and shuffleboard. Key FOBs are required for access and are located in the home.
LOCATION: Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS- Guests have access to the entire home. We use a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!
Other things to note….
- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in or late check out, if available. If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry; we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
IS THE COMMUNITY POOL HEATED? Yes, during the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees Farenheit and the hot tub is pre-set to 101 degrees Farenheit. We are unable to change the pool/hot tub temperatures.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, as we do not have mailbox keys and there are many different people with access to the home (vendors, housekeeping, guest services staff, etc.), so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No, we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. No outside noise is permitted after 10pm, and no outdoor music at anytime.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.
PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).
POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
