This 3BR/3BA La Quinta property overlooks the third hole on the Arnold Palmer Private golf course in PGA West. It is a single story, end unit that has been recently remodeled with a clean and modern aesthetic. This tastefully decorated home boasts breath taking views of the fairway, mountains and afternoon sunset.  
  
PGA West is a premier golf community with perfectly maintained grounds, guard gated access and security.  
  
LIVING AREA  
  
Inside this single-story condo, sunlight pours through south-facing windows, and tile flows throughout the open floor plan.

Natural light is reflected in a mirrored feature wall in the living room, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Feel the warmth of the fireplace as you sink into the sofa and watch TV. Mix up a cocktail at the wet bar and take in golf course views.

My stay here was perfect. The home was clean and bright just as described and in the most perfect location at PGA West. Easy access in and out of the development and the neighbors were so nice. Denise and Adel were lovely to work with, very responsive and always there to help. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice rental property with a great view of the mountains. Use of the TV/Entertainment system was confusing and no instructions were available. Not sure we ever figured it out.
