If your vehicle is detected speeding, tickets and fines will be issued based on readings from the sensors. Please pay attention to the speed limits. If you continue to speed, the remote sensors will record it and issue a speeding citation that will remain valid for several weeks. You will be responsible for paying the fine. Therefore, please avoid speeding and pay attention to the speed limits. On-Demand Heating: • Our pool heating system operates on an on-demand basis, meaning it will only be heated when in use or when guests are staying. • The pool heats up at a rate of approximately 3 degrees per hour. • Please keep in mind that pool temperatures can drop into the 60s during the winter months. Heating Costs: • October through May: o Pool Heating: $100/day if paid upfront for the entire stay or $125/day if paid daily. o Spa Heating: $40/day if paid upfront for the entire stay or $75/day if paid daily. • Longer Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, we'll require a minimum Utility deposit of $2,000\. The owner will cover the first $500/month of gas and electricity. Any additional costs will be charged to the tenant. Pool Temperature: • Most resorts heat pools to the low 80s. We allow guests to heat their pools to the mid-80s and spas to their desired temperature. • Please note that larger pools may struggle to reach mid-80s during mid-winter. Nice neighbours in lovely location on PGA West. Music and voice volume rules a bit harsh when we chatted with them (they don't seem overly concerned). Pool pump noise needs to be dealt with (replaced or upgraded) as this was everyone's biggest complaint. Think dishwasher door needs fixing and one pool chair. All else great. ##### jamie c. We’ve even stayed with this property management company before, but unfortunately we have some complaints this time. The house, location, and pool were great. Unfortunately, we found the house to not be very clean upon arrival. The floor needed to be swept and the carpets barely seemed vacuumed - there were feathers and other crumbs throughout the rooms. The only vacuum we could find emitted so much dust while using it that it must be ancient. Also, the shutters, blinds, and ceiling fans were all dusty and need a thorough, deep clean. Oddly, the second bedroom smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. The only possible source we could find for the smell was the en suite’s exhaust fan (which I know seems crazy but after running it the smell got worse). I emailed on day 2 of our stay to complain about the smell and of cockroaches but I never heard back, even after checkout. The house and furniture and outdoors areas are all great, so with some extra cleaning and a pest spray I am sure this house could be a 5/5\. On the plus side, we appreciated the cozy couch, the availability of supplies (minus a vacuum), and the golf cart! ##### Cassandra L. Just would like inside and outside to be clean on arrival. Broken toilet seat and a leaky shower in secondary master which led to a very strong moldy smell. We left early. Handyman that came on our arrival to fix beeping smoke/ carbon monoxide detector (could happen any time. No complaint) was AWESOME. ##### John R. It is spacious and comfortable with large rooms and high ceilings. The best part is the patio/pool area, with fabulous sweeping views of the golf course and the mountains behind. The back yard faces west so we were treated to magnificent sunsets! Everything we needed was supplied, the golf cart was loads of fun, and there is plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. The location is beautiful and if you want a quiet, relaxing getaway, I highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to stay here again! ##### Juli Y. Everything was very clean and the property itself well taken care of. It’s centrally located. My only issue is I thought the second bedroom had two twin beds and it had one queen instead. There were a number of small things in disrepair like toilet paper holders, absent bath tub plugs, dirty shutters and kitchen knives that were dangerous with handles so loose they were falling off. The golf cart is very old and needs servicing. Our biggest complaint is that we were charged $100/day to have the pool and spa heated. They are on a timer that goes off after 2 hours and the pool and spa were never both warm at the same time and it made using them when we wanted to ,virtually impossible. A new cleaning crew and some inspection by the rental agent could fix most of these issues ##### Paul B. And the location, right on the golf course, made for great viewing of the American Express Golf Tournament! The house was clean and included everything we needed. We recently stayed in this beautiful home in PGA West and had a terrific time with our family! The location was perfect as there was no worry about golf balls, yet had a beautiful view. The pool was amazing and although I normally rarely swim, spent hours in this perfect pool!!! This home is well appointed, clean, comfortable, and a keeper for future stays in the desert :-) Thank you for a memorable stay for our family! ##### Tracy D. Shevy and the crew were fantastic. Everything happened exactly as was planned and in the time frame that was set. We are veteran renters and have been to LaQuinta many many times so we’re a cheap date. Still, it doesn't mean we are walkovers. The house was perfect size for us. And the location is unmatched. I took one star off because the house could use some minor fixes. For example, we noticed there was a small hole in one of the bathroom walls from the door knob banging into it (it was missing a door stop), the master bath looked like there was a panel that had been removed and not properly patched, the master carpet could use a professional cleaning. They were little touches we noticed and felt could use some attention, but nothing drastic that impacted our ability to enjoy our stay or recommend this property to others. We had a minor question while there (a tv was missing a remote) and we received a response incredibly quickly, especially considering we emailed rather late at night. I saw some other comments regarding the outdoor sound rules and would offer that we've stayed at multiple houses at PGA West and these are ordinances set by the city and the community and apply everywhere. They are not specific to this house or these owners at all. Overall a great house, responsive owners, and would recommend. ##### Nicole M.
