The evolve team is on it. Clarissa was super helpful. I didn’t give the house 5 starts just for two simple things: all the tvs are 1st gen smart tvs. You can’t cast to them they have no modern apps and the blu ray players they provide are also outdated you cant download any apps. The second complaint is the house only has one frying pan. So coming with a large party makes it kind of hard to prepare meals. Also the neighborhood is very quite. The neighbor hood was very quiet and peaceful during our stay, and is super close to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend the local business, Tiffany's Sweet Spot, hands down the most delicious cupcakes I have had from a store, trust me, so good... even the frosting is good! The outdoor pool and spa we’re top quality we enjoyed our afternoons around the outside facilities. And the gameroom was fun for everyone! Rooms and beds were and comfortable. Owner Mike and property manager Rick are very attentive and helpful if there are any hiccups. We rented the property for a golfing trip and it was great since we could all have our own bedroom and enjoy the pool when we returned from golf. Great location near many restaurants and shopping.
