The great room features a stone wood burning fireplace with dining room table opening to the kitchen. You will find a wonderful deck that opens from the great room to the outdoors. Payne Cottage has four bedrooms. There is a King bedroom on the first floor opening to a deck; the second floor features two bedrooms each with two twin beds opening to a shared deck; and the fourth bedroom is a loft with a full bed and futon. The loft is accessed by a ladder. The steps were fine, but steep. Decent supplies in the kitchen, but could have used a better knife and a good frying pan in the kitchen.
