Welcome to North House! This custom built home is nestled in the woods about three miles from the State Park. The large private yard is perfect for yard games, lounging on the deck or relaxing in the three season porch. You will enjoy a full kitchen and breakfast bar with bar stools; a wonderful gathering area while preparing meals. The spacious open floor plan features a comfortable family room off the kitchen with a floor to ceiling fireplace. North House features many windows allowing plenty of sunlight to fill the home; and, give you the feeling of communing with nature. The home would be perfect for a family gathering. The home features 4 Bedrooms. The primary bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed and private bath. The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor one is a queen bed the remaining two have two twin beds in each. (North House has a well appointed guest house apartment above the garage that is available upon request. There were a few things that could be improved upon. The water in upstairs bathroom sink and shower were very slow draining. The lights in the kitchen were burned out, and the grill ran out of propane just after the burgers and brats were placed on the grill. We have stayed at several VRBO or HomeAway places and they all have been good experiences but they are usually a little bit of a let down once you get there because the pictures and descriptions make it look better than actual. Not the North house. This was a beautiful house on a quiet secluded property that was in the middle of the island between downtown and the parks. Service was great too as we had to pump out the holding tank while we were there - no issues. We also didn’t have water pressure issue at all. Master bedroom and bath were better than what we have at home. Played cards every night in the screened in porch as the bugs could get bad at times. So peaceful - We will be back! ##### Jason H.
