5-floor residence with lift (until 3rd floor) located 1 min. walking from shops and departure of the ski runs (return directly at the bottom of the residence). Ski locker on level 0\. Free outdoor parking located 1 min from the residence.  
  
Duplex 3-room apartment with mezzanine sleeping 7, approximately 45 m², south-west facing with balcony, view of the ski area, on the 5th floor.  
On the ground floor :  
Open kitchen in living room: 4 vitroceramic hot plates, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.  
Living room: tuckle bed, flat screen Tv.  
On th 1st floor :   
Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed.  
Bedroom 2 : set of bunk beds, 1 trundle bed and 1 simple bed on the mezzanine.  
Bathroom with bath, washing machine and toilets separatly.  
PETS NOT ALLOWED.  
  
The booking price include the final cleaning EXCLUDING KITCHEN AREA. We ask you to leave the premises in good condition, empty the dishwasher, put out your rubbish and fold bedding.
