This 30 m² duplex apartment is located on the 5th and top floor (with elevator) and can accommodate 4 people. It includes:  
Upstairs:  
\- One bedroom with 2 single beds.  
On the ground floor:  
\- A living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV  
\- A fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and raclette set  
\- A bathroom  
\- A separate toilet  
  
North facing balcony. The ski locker is in the residence.  
  
No-smoking apartment / Animal refused  
No WiFi  
Duvets provided  
  
The residence :   
This residence is ski-in/ski-out towards Montchavin. A ski bus stop is nearby and will take you to the resort's center very easily. North facing flats provide a beautiful view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The residence includes individual ski lockers.  
  
The area :   
La Foret area allows to come back skis on foot directly to the residence (depending on skiing level), either towards Montchavin or Les Coches resort's center. Parking areas available near the residences.  
  
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...  
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
