We rent our brand new T2 for 4 people (30m2), ski-in ski-out, located in the centre of the LA PLAGNE-PARADISKI ski area (Les Arcs area + La Plagne area = 3rd largest ski area in the world), offering 425kms of skiable runs. Our flat is right in front of the slopes (Petit Sauget ski lift) and the Piou-Piou children's club, as well as very close to the Lac Noir and Télébufette cable cars (free of charge, allowing you to reach the centre of the resort until 5.30pm). The exceptional location of the flat means that you can park your car on arrival (private car park at the bottom of the chalet) and leave it behind. You can do your shopping on foot (6min) or by taking the Télébufette cable car (200m from the chalet). You can access the resort of Les ARCS by the Vanoise Express cable car (by taking the Lac Noir cable car located 50m from the chalet). The flat "L'Eterlou" in the commune of La PLAGNE TARENTAISE, LES COCHES (73210 Montchavin- Les Coches), is located in the HAMEAU DES CHAMOIS on the ground floor of a chalet. The flat of 30m² is composed of a living room, a bedroom and a small shower room with toilet. The living room has a living room (with TV) and kitchen with a splendid view of the valley and Mont Blanc, and a large balcony on the valley side. The living room has a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen: SMEG refrigerator, combined traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, Krups filter coffee machine, Smeg kettle, Smeg toaster, 1 Téfal raclette and fondue machine, 1 two-burner induction hob, and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Close to the Lac Noir telecabin, with great views is the mountains from the balcony. A short walk into the centre, although Les Coches is very small (fine for us as we are past the Apres ski stage!) Only a couple of improvement suggestions - the wifi is very poor and only works through the TV for Netflix. The pillows are memory foam and not to our taste, but this may be only personal preference.
