This cottage is in the countryside, 15 km from Fougères, 10 km from Erné \[hidden\] 65 km from Mont Saint Michel!  
You benefit from a beautiful landscaped private garden with trees, a large terrace and a pétanque court on the edge of fields and hedges.   
The cottage offers a large living room (60m²) with fireplace and fully equipped communicating kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one with its shower cabin, 1 bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 2 90\*190 beds and 1 bedroom with 1 160\*200 bed. 2 independent WCs.  
Discover the vegetable garden cultivated in permaculture and the owners' collection of cacti and weeds. Geese and chickens frolic in their enclosures. 1 km away, also visit the “Remarkable Garden” at La Pellerine (May to September). Also the Renaudies garden (18km) at Colombiers du Plessis.  
Shops, services and swimming pool: in Ernée, 10km, or in Fougères, 14km.  
Chenedet leisure center (kayak, treetop trails, swimming in summer, etc.), 13km.  
  
Professional stay: 4 people maximum, obligatory options: cleaning 7+80€ (1 per stay of 1 to 14 nights). The gîte is adjoining the owners' house. Not overlooked. The terrace and the garden are private to the gîte.  
Your accommodation - Ground floor: 60m² living room with fireplace, large dining table, equipped kitchen: oven, 4 gas burners, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker. 1 independent toilet. Laundry room with washing machine.  
1st - Red bedroom with 2 90/190 beds with chest of drawers - Yellow bedroom with 2 90\*190 beds with shower cubicle and sink - Blue bedroom with 1 160\*200 bed and a wardrobe. 1 bathroom with bathtub, sink and towel radiator, hairdryer. 1 independent toilet. Landing with reading area.
