I highly recommend this resort. I injured my foot on the first day and the hotel staff helped me with anything I needed. Management made sure I still enjoyed my time there, everyone was very hospitable. I’m very appreciative of the kindness that was given. The food exceeded my expectations, lots of different places to eat. There was also great shuttle service to get around the resort. That helped me get around with my injury. My overall experience was excellent and would definitely stay here again!

The facility itself is amazing. The staff is phenomenal. The service is top tier. The spa is the best. The beach is beautiful but current/waves were strong. It’s a quick golf cart ride to the beach and other restaurants/facilities. The food was okay.

Cada año vicito este hotel ,esta vez estube en Vista encantada mi experiencia fue unica.Desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos .Las personas son muy amables y te hacen sentir como en casa ,la comida super y con mucha variedad,El dasayuno en las Maria's lo mejor .Los restaurantes super. Tuve la oportunidad de ir al SPA es unico nunca he visto otro igual. Yo fui en plan familiar y es muy seguro.

Beautiful property but no access to the beach. Not much in the surrounding area. Fantastic pool areas and food quality was very good. Polite staff but I didn’t care for the add-on pressure when we checked in. Trying to sell us on added activities, etc.
