The Space:  
Welcome to our fabulous, family-friendly accommodations in the El Centenario neighborhood! This combined rental offers both a stylish studio unit and a spacious family home, just steps from a calm beach and about 15 minutes to downtown La Paz and the international airport - making it the perfect base for exploring the area.  
  
Studio Unit: A chic and thoughtfully designed space featuring a plush king-sized bed, WiFi, Smart TV, and sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with two cushioned stools, perfect for meals or as a laptop workspace. Charming decor details and abundant natural light create an elegant atmosphere.  
  
Family Home: Step into a delightful home that's all about comfort and convenience. The main floor is drenched in natural sunlight with an open floor plan perfect for socializing. The sitting area features a large sofa with plush pillows for relaxing during downtime. There's a fully equipped kitchen ready for preparing any meal and a dining table for sit-down meals together. For quick snacks or laptop-friendly work, grab a stool at the breakfast bar.  
  
Head to the backyard patio where you can fire up the BBQ, with outdoor furniture for company while cooking. Two cozy bedrooms provide rest and recharge space - the ground-floor bedroom has two queen-size beds, while the upper-level bedroom features a plush queen bed and an awesome balcony with stunning bay views. Imagine sipping morning coffee here - pure bliss! Each bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, wall-mounted TV, and plenty of closet space. Each floor has its own bathroom, so no waiting in line.  
Plus, with two parking spaces in the driveway and a handy washer and dryer, this setup checks all the boxes for a worry-free getaway.   
  
There's a shared patio for parking and accessing the house, plus exclusive access to a private patio behind the property.

This is a self-check-in property using codes for lockboxes to access the keys. Codes and instructions will be provided before arrival.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Located in the very calm community of El Centenario, offering beautiful beachfront views. Just a short 10-minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown La Paz and the Malecón, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and ocean access.  
Recommended beaches: Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro Recommended restaurants: Vrentino, Oliva al Mare, and Harker Board CO  
  
Getting Around:  
The property is approximately 10 km | 6 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 199 km | 124 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). If you are arriving by car, there’s parking in the driveway.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Before you book, please take a moment to review this info to ensure a great stay:  
  
\- We encourage all guests to use water and electricity mindfully, as these resources can sometimes be limited in the city. In the rare event of any service disruption, we always work to resolve it as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth stay.  
\- You must be 21 or older to book.  
\- We’ll ask you to sign a Rental Agreement once you confirm your booking.  
\- Only the guests listed in your reservation can stay with us.  
\- You might need to show an ID when you check in or during your stay.  
\- If not booking via ABB we will ask for a temporary security deposit, released after your check-out.  
\- The home has stairs, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.  
\- For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity isn’t included.  
\- No smoking inside, and no drugs or illegal stuff — breaking this will cost a $300 fine.  
\- Please no parties or loud noise after 10 pm, so we keep the neighborhood peaceful.  
\- Need extra cleaning? Just ask — it’s available for a small fee.  
\- You’re responsible for any damages during your stay.  
\- No pets allowed, sorry.  
\- Gas isn’t included for the BBQ. Feel free to use any gas left in the tank. If not the grill can also be used with charcoal (not provided).  
\- There are exterior surveillance cameras at the property facing common areas and public spaces only. They are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety.  
\- Electricity cuts are not common but might occur during your stay, these are temporary outages beyond our control.  
\- We don't provide any streaming credentials; you can use your own.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay and exclusive access to the home. We’re available seven days a week. If you need anything, just send us a message.
