Our apartment had 3 rooms, 2 of them with queen size beeds and one Jacuzzi, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and living room. Flat TVs in every room. Breakfast is not the best but will do. You are plenty of dinning options within walking distance but thew streets to these locations are very steep, be prepared and warned: easy walk down but you may want to take a taxi back at the hotel for Bs10. It is in a suburb that is accessible by the cable car system. A short taxi ride away is the tourist hub. I had two rooms on two visits. Both were very spacious with all the amenities one would expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were extremely helpful. There is also a travel office at the hotel which I used for a two day tour of Copacobana on lake Titicaca and the surrounding area. Pros: super comfy, great view, apartments are lovely and spacious, big breakfast, staff are super nice and kind and welcoming, internet was good in most rooms and I could complete all work I needed to. Cons: heaters didn't work in all rooms, so a bit chilly; breakfast didn't actually start at 7:00 so not always ready before morning meetings, and I found a used condom wrapper in my bedroom, so that was gross. Tips: hotel forgot to send shuttle to pick me up at the airport at 1:30 a.m. The next time, I sent them a reminder email and someone came and was right on time. We, a family of six people, stayed in a three bedroom two bathroom apartment, which was THE MOST amazing accomodation in this one month of South American trip. Spotless rooms, spacious living room and kitchen..... above all, staffs there was fantastic. They even tried very hard to find us an accomodation in Uyuni when it was almost fully booked due to Dakar Ralley. Special thanks to Don Jose and his wife who remembered my words and gave us nice saltenas when we are leaving. It was very touching. The only weak point of this hotel is its remoteness from the center, but the million dollar view(esp.in the night) from the hotel makes up for it more than 150%. Fantastic view of the city, spotless and spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen...perfect for family travlers. All staffs were very kind. They even made numerous phone calls to help me find out a place to stay in Uyuni when there were few vacancy dur to Dakar rally. Special thanks to Don Jose and his wife who even gave us Saltenas for lunch when we leave. Even this place is far away from most of touristic places, but the view itself is worth to stay here.
