We order the suchii had 2 inches of cream cheese, pizza was a frozen item , the chicken wings were over cook an old, we also order the club sandwich that had chicken n no bacon on a old sougy bread … they charge for ice when it supposed to be free … I have stayed there several times but never order room service n probably not order room service again , they brought the food in a dirty dish cart an handed the food in the door "

However, we did have to ask twice for the air-conditioning in our suite to be fixed as it was not working at all upon arrival.
