Very good hotel. Excellent location. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. The room OK, bed and bathroom correct. The walls had a lot of cracks in the paint and that looked ugly/unkempt. Everything else was super good, I recommend and would return!

Location and service great - otherwise a dump

We give this place 2 stars because the people who work there are great. Everything else was disappointing. Sauna was broken, tiles in the floors in the bedroom were dirty, tiles in the bathroom stained, walls in terrible condition, bed was hard. Thant being said - the location is great as the hotel is a half an hour off of the beach.

UY Proa Sur Hotel is probbly the best hotel in La Paloma. Things to improve: I understand winter is around the corner but the property was full of guest and it needed a good clean up. Things to highlight: Best location in town, amazing views, modern and well furnished property, but above all the staff was very firendly and professional. I would like to commend the front desk agent guy in the afternoon shift. I will return!

Property is very close to the lighthouse, beaches, restaurants, in the center of La Paloma. The staff tested us very well.

I would not stay here again unless there were no other choices. the staff was very nice but this not a well funded property. breakfast was of poor quality and most of furniture was old and torn.

Fomos muito bem atendidos no hotel. O pessoal é muito simpático e atencioso. O café da manhã estava bem gostoso e com bastante variedade. A piscina térmica é bastante agradável. A localização é ótima e o hotel oferece estacionamento gratuito. O principal ponto que merece ser melhorado é a limpeza. O quarto onde ficamos estava com pó e cabelos no chão e um dos copos não estava limpo. Além disso, poderia ter mais atenção em alguns detalhes de manutenção. De modo geral, recomendo o hotel e me hospedaria novamente.
