Wonderful and comfortable villa with heated Pool in private garden and air conditioning in living room. Situated in Urbanization Tamaragua very quiet and safe place, just three kilometers from Corralejo center, 150 meters to supermarket and bus stop and Taxi stand, also there is an Italian restaurant, one British pub and one Spanish bar in the same urbanization area. The bungalow has Wifi and ADSL, TV with USB player and satellite reception for channels Hotbirt Astra and German, Italian, English, Polish, etc. Private pool 5x2m and 1´1 depth with option a electric heat pump (€ 70 / week) with the heater the temperature will be always around 28 degrees. The villa consists of dining room, kitchen, two double bedroom, bathroom with shower and large garden with barbecue terrace and comfortable solarium. Dining room with comfortable sofa and table for four people and exit to the garden. Fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and hob. It also has 2 different coffee makers, toaster, water heater, blender, orange squeezer, multi-pressure pressure cooker and complete kitchenware. Room, two rooms with double bed one with 150 cm and other 140 cms each and spacious closets pf 150 cms. Full bathroom with shower. Garden of 100 meters with high wall for take sunbathing in complete privacy, sunny all seasons, solarium with sun loungers, barbecue. There is a security deposit of 150 euros to be paid in cash on arrival at the house and returned the day of departure to the handover Description in spanish . Magnificent and comfortable Villa with private heated pool on one floor located in the urbanization Tamaragua, very quiet and safe residential area just three kilometers from the center of the town of Corralejo, 150 meters from the bus stop and taxi, there is also a supermarket, restaurant Pizza, British pub and Spanish restaurant Bar. It also has Wifi and adsl included, TV with USB player and satellite with reception of Astra and Hotbirt for German, Italian, English, Polish channels, etc. The villa consists of a spacious living room, two bedrooms with double beds, kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry room and large private garden with solarium and barbecue. Large dining room with comfortable sofa with cheslong, table for six people and exit to the garden. Fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and hob. It also has coffee makers, toaster, water heater, blender, orange juicer, multi-pressure pressure cooker and full kitchen utensils. Rooms, two rooms with double bed 150 cm in one and 140 cm in the other, in each of them large closet of 150 cm. Full bathroom with shower and glass screen. Hair dryer. Totally private indoor garden of 100m with sun loungers and parasol, also has a small terrace with table and chairs ideal for breakfast or enjoy the barbecue. Exterior room with washing machine and hanging area. The villa is also equipped with bed linen (sheets and blankets), towels and beach towels. Spotlessly clean property with comfortable beds and lots of little extras to make our stay seamless. Beach towels, beach bag, cool bag and ice packs, parasol, beach chairs, even bats and balls. Hair dryer, shower gel. Really well thought out by the owners, the little extras make all the difference. The pool area is amazing and has comfy sun beds and a lovely covered patio area. The pool was always warm, it's not huge but it's adequate for cooling you down. There is a washing machine with detergent and pegs, very important if you like to keep on top of your laundry. Our stay was faultless, Alfredo was on hand if we needed him, thankfully we didn't. We didn't eat on the estate, Lajares is very close and has any number of great restaurants cafes. We like El Cancela which serves fabulous pizza and pasta. The French patisserie is a must. The cakes are to die for. El Horno is also excellent. We had the best fillet steaks here. Eat inside though as we ate out on the patio and nearly choked on cigarette fumes from inconsiderate diners. The villa is in a great location to enable you to visit lots of other places on the island. El Cotillo is lovely and a great place for little ones. There is a great ice cream parlour there. Caleta de Fuste is beautiful, a little more refined than Correlejo. Oasis park zoo is well worth a visit. We had a great time on one of the buggy safaris around the volcanoes. The natural park/dunes are breathtaking. Absolutely beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to book again through these owners and look forward to another fun filled holiday in Fuerteventura soon. ##### Deborah R. Everything you need is there. With a lot of love this house was styled. Thank you Elena & Alfredo, it was nice to meet you and maybe we will come back next year. His home fitted all our requirements. It was comfortable and pleasant to come home to from a day out and also pleasant to sit in the walled garden with complete privacy. I proprietari sono persone fantastiche e molto disponibili nel caso di necessità. Da tenere in considerazione per chi volesse andare a Fuerteventura nord, noi sicuramente ritorneremo. Oct 19, 2015 #### The best! The house is exactly as in photos: comfortable, nice, clean, curated in every single detail! You have everything you need not only for a vacation, but also for staying at home working as we did: the kitchen is very well equipped, the sofa is very comfortable and the TV is amazing, with back LEDs changing colors based on the screen, while the Wifi works with no problems. The garden is really nice and well curated. Alfredo is very kind and helpful: he knows your needs before you do! He lives in the next house, so he's available for anything you need. ##### Daniele G. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni nell'isola incontaminata di Fuerteventura. Abbiamo alloggiato a Villa Tranquillity, nel piccolo paesino di Tamaragua, a soli 5 minuti di macchina da Corralejo. Siamo stati subito accolti da Alfredo, il gentilissimo proprietario, che ci ha da subito mostrato tutti i comfort della casa e consigliato buonissimi ristoranti e bellissime spiagge da visitare. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, molto grande, intimo, riservato e dotato di tutto il necessario per passare un piacevole soggiorno. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato dieci giorni in questa splendida casa sull'isola di Fuerteventura!! All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da Alfredo, una persona gentilissima che ci ha mostrato subito l'appartamento in tutti i suoi comfort e ci ha consigliato ottimi ristoranti e meravigliose spiagge da visitare. L'arredamento è moderno, la casa pulitissima e con tutto il necessario per vivere un piacevole soggiorno. Villa Tranquillity si trova Tamaragua, un piccolo quartiere molto tranquillo e rilassante a soli 5 minuti di macchina da Corralejo. Consiglierei quest'appartamento a chiunque volesse trascorrere una vacanza nell'isola incontaminata di Fuerteventura. Grazie ad Elena ed Alfredo per la loro gentilezza, simpatia ed ospitalità!! Nov 19, 2014 #### Perfect holiday in Villa Tranquility My boyfriend and I we spent 7 days in Corralejo (Fuerteventura) in tranquility Villa. The quality of service was very good. The house was clean and had everything necessary in the kitchen, in the livingroom (for example International Channels)... It takes 4 minutes to get to Corralejo by car and you also have a bus stop and a supermarket next to the house. You couldn't ask more. The owners of the house Alfredo and Elena are just so kind, nice and helpful people! We will recommend it to everyone! ##### marcos S. Disfrutamos de una estancia muy agradable y de una magnífica acogida por parte de sus propietarios. En cuestión de minutos, con coche, podemos nos desplazábamos en Corralejo o a cualquiera de las playas del norte de la isla. Repetiremos cada vez que tengamos la oportunidad. Limpieza un 10, el propietario muy atento y cordial, vamos como decimos en mi tierra " mu buena gente". Muy cerca de Corralejo y bien comunicada. PD. Lo que ves en las fotos es lo que encontrarás. There's a supermarket is just 2 mins walk and it's a 5 minute drive or bus ride to Corralejo. Alfredo is fantastic, really warm and helpful.
