Located in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, this 55 sqm ground floor apartment accommodates up to 3 guests. You will find 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, and amenities provided include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, TV, washing machine, and fan. The apartment features step-free access and step-free interior design.  
  
Step outside to enjoy your private covered terrace and private uncovered sunny terrace, perfect for relaxation. The property offers access to a shared garden with an outdoor pool, outdoor shower, and tennis courts. The pool area is always accessible with a recognition pass provided by the host, except during maintenance periods.  
  
Parking is available in the street at one of the residence entrances closest to the apartment. This accommodation is adults only, with no guests under 12 years permitted. Pets, smoking, parties, barbecues, and events are not allowed. Quiet hours as specified in the residence regulations must be respected.  
  
Just outside the residence, you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, private medical and dental assistance, taxi parking, car rental, sports equipment rental, and related schools. The center of Corralejo with its multiple shops, other supermarkets, shopping centers, some beaches, and public transportation are all within walking distance.
