### Vacation Home 'Casa Mavadel' with Private Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Casa Mavadel is located in La Oliva, in the Corralejo area and very close to the beach. The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request.  
  
This vacation rental offers an exclusive outdoor space with a pool (heated by solar panels all year round except July and August), garden, open and covered terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower.  
  
Please, note that since the pool is heated by solar panels, the water might be cold on cold days.  
  
A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.  
  
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.  
  
Air conditioning is not available.
