Located in El Cotillo, Fuerteventura, this 110 sqm duplex apartment accommodates up to 5 guests across 2 levels. You will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the upper floor featuring a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, while the ground floor offers another spacious bedroom and a small living room with sofa bed. The integrated living, kitchen and dining area provides comfort with sea views. Your private fully-equipped kitchen includes Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, fan, and TV. A baby bed is available upon request.  
  
Step outside to your private 50 sqm uncovered terrace and solarium facing west, perfect for enjoying spectacular sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean. The glazed interior garden creates a personal oasis blending nature and design for your tranquility and comfort.  
  
Street parking is available in front of the property. Events are not permitted. Currently, there is construction work on nearby land, but this does not affect the sea views as the apartment faces the ocean.  
  
Please do not flush wipes, sanitary products or other items down the toilet as this can block the pumps and cause flooding. Only toilet paper should be flushed. Any resulting flooding will be your responsibility.
