With capacity for 3 people, it has a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The spacious 20 m² terrace, equipped with a table and four chairs, is ideal for breakfast in the open air or relaxing after a day at the beach. Upon entering, you will be greeted by an atmosphere of serenity and well-being, with a decoration in natural tones that invites you to rest and disconnect. The 20 m² terrace is one of the main attractions of the accommodation, equipped with a table and four chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or a glass of wine at sunset. From here, you enter the interior of the flat, where every corner has been designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom, bright and cosy, has two single beds and a window that lets in natural light, creating a relaxing atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. The living-dining room is a versatile space that combines a sofa-bed and a 55’ television, ideal for leisure time. The open-plan kitchen, integrated into this space, is fully equipped with everything you need. The fully-equipped bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer, providing everything you need for your daily cleaning. In addition, the flat has a washing machine and a fan, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of the year. Located in the Urbanisation Los Lagos, the flat is just a short walk from the beaches of La Concha and Los Lagos, known for their crystal clear waters and white sands.
