"The place smelled really bad. Probably from the old carpets that have been used for years and never deep cleaned. Also the sheets had stains on them. The gym had maybe one working machine and everything else was breaking apart. We found other people’s hairs in our bathroom towels. The knife provided was almost unusable and we were awoken by the fire alarm going off at 4 am just to find out it was a false alarm…never coming back."

"There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!"

The large room worked quite well for all of us to be together without being crowded. It is a well-equipped house and the book of information quite complete. Our previous questions were answered promptly. We enjoyed the fireworks also. There are a few minor things around the house that could be improved on but overall, it was a very pleasant stay."

"Extremely easy to communicate with the property manager. Close to Disney, but a bit too far for our group to walk. Fireworks can be seen from the backyard! All furniture was comfortable, we bring our own pillows and bedding, just because. We loved ordering groceries and having them delivered almost immediately. Neighborhood seemed safe, and clean.
