Please be advised that the quiet ordinance in this area is from 9pm-8am. No one outside past 11pm Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us day or night. This is a very important to us. No music is allowed outside at anytime. Colored lights off by 11 pm. Outdoor Fireplace off by 10 pm We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana. We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Max of 5 vehicles and max 14 adults Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted. Must be 25+ to book. We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate. Please DO NOT open garage doors. Must be 25+ to book. Gameroom: Arcade games take a few minutes to load when turned on. Please be gentle. No drink or food near machines. We can't always guarantee that all arcade games will be in working order. We will try to fix anything as soon as possible. We do get them maintained every 3 months. POOL/SPA It is optional to heat the pool. If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day consecutive minimum. There is an additional fee to heat the pool. Prices vary depending on the time of year. Oct-March: $195 per day /3 consecutive day minimum. April-May: $125 per day /3 consecutive day minimum. June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum. July and Aug: $75 per day /3 consecutive day minimum. (you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's). Please Note: We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees. Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions. We can make an exception however it does cost more. Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE. It will disable the system causing nothing to work. Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool. The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it. You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time. We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed. Hot tub is available for guests at no additional charge. Hot tub heater must be turned off after each use and overnight. PLEASE NOTE: No jumping off of the hot tub. Pool Vacuum Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!! If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect. PLEASE NOTE: There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. We had a large group of 12 family members, including myself, my husband, our adult children and their spouses, and our three grandchildren under three years old. This vacation home had everything we could possibly need and more! It was stocked with every dish, utensil, and appliance that you could ever need, including silverware for the babies!They also had two high chairs, a crib, two pack and plays, a baby walker and several other items for guest use at the property. It was also well stocked with plenty of towels, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, and any other supplies that guests might need for their stay. The property was almost too good! Our family never wanted to leave it to explore the city and enjoy the outings I had planned! The pool and hot tub were amazing and well stocked with plenty of floaties and life-vests for the babies.The entire outdoor area was great! We enjoyed grilling by the pool and making smores at the outdoor fireplace.I can’t say enough good things about the home. We will definitely stay again if we return to the area! ##### Stacey L. Aug 31, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Great home for our full party of 13, there was plenty of space for all of us, and it didn't feel crowded at all. Everyone enjoyed all the amenities, especially the Pool table and the backyard pool. The game room was a complete hit with the kids, some of the adults too. We ate at the huge dining table and chatted around the large wrap around couch. Overall the house is well appointed for large gatherings. There was a hiccup the second night of our stay that was inconvenient. The plumbing got blocked and toilet water flooded the first floor bathroom, hallway, and main foyer. It was not due to our stay, apparently there was a branch that had grown into the pipe outside. We know this happens, it's a problem homeowners have to face, but we had a whole lot of people waking up to no bathroom usage. We had to scramble of the house. The owner was quick to respond and had the problem fixed that afternoon and had his cleaning crew in to clean up the watery mess. Also one other minor suggestion to the owner, it would be nice to place a small table on the right hand side of the bed in the bedroom on the first floor. I had to put my book and phone on the floor beside the bed.Overall, this house is recommended for your San Diego/surrounding area vacation. ##### William F. This home is stunning and the hosts are fantastic! We had two families staying at the property- 4 adults and 4 kids ages between 3-9\. There was so much to do at the property we hardly needed to leave the house. The arcade room was amazing - great mix of arcade games, plus shuffleboard, Foosball and air hockey. The outdoor space was equally amazing - great pool, beautifully manicured gardens outdoor kitchen and eating area.Inside the house was immaculate and very nicely appointed. The furnishings and artwork were all nicely selected - it's clear that the host has a great eye towards interior design.One of the best things about the property is how well stocked it is to allow a comfortable vacation for the guests. Rental properties can sometimes be empty - not here! They had nice dishware, cooking tools, blenders, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, pool towels, board games, pool toys, kids floaties for the pool, grilling tools, etc - the list goes on and on! The hosts absolutely make it like a stay at a high end luxury resort! I 100% recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again for future travel to SD.
