"This little casita is really cute and comfortable. It has access to a lovely backyard with fruit trees, shaded sitting area and a hot tub. We were able to bring our dog so the yard was an added feature. It is conveniently located to a freeway. Highly recommend."

"The place is nice. Easy access. Up two flights of stairs. Good exercise. Everything is in nice decent shape. We were very comfy. I have one small complaint and that is that the carpet entering the bedroom is very frayed and exposed. So much so, that i was walking from Bed to bath and stepped right on the edge where the tack strip is and poked my foot. Yes it hurt. Byt i survived lol. My husband also caught but it didn't hurt because He had socks on and his sock caught on the little nail. Just...

"I loved AJs place. The decor struck a nice balance between having a home like feel and a vacation rental feel which I found really nice. The neighborhood was so quiet, I was able to enjoy the birds singing in the morning while having a coffee by the pool. Nice, clean and AJ was super responsive."

"Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Well appointed kitchen. Almost no hot water until we notified the host. Very responsive host. Furnishings are dated and a mix of styles, but still clean and comfortable. Some windows hard to open and close, and latch as they are worn. Still, would stay there again."
